Interview
I received an e-mail to set up an interview date. On the interview date, I was dressed in a plaid shirt with professional shoes and pants. The manager that interviewed me was nice and asked a lot about the little retail experience I had and how I would be a great asset to Macy's. She offered me a position on the spot with a great starting pay and flexible hours.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Macy's
Interview
Applied online and within one week was asked to come in and conduct an interview. Interviewed with department manager in the store. Interview was about 15 minutes and they asked fairly straight forward questions.

Interview
Overall, it was a good experience, and I met several managers during the interview process. At the time, I was not sure what department I would be in. It was right before the holidays.
