I applied online. I recieved an email stating that I needed to pick an interview time 2 weeks from then. I went to the interview and spoke with a retail manager. I was offered job on the spot after I talked about making a outfit for a customer. I filled out some paperwork and was given an orientation date. At orientation, I was walking through the internal Macy's website insite and went threw 6 hours of training ( 75% cash register)

Since it was the holidays and they were immediately hiring, I didn’t do an interview. I did the application. Then, I received and email saying that I got the job. Later, I was contacted to come in for training.

Recruiter did a telephone screening and second call interview. The final process was in the store location. I worked for Macys several years before in another location and one of the managers worked at the same store and provided her thoughts.

Easy. First job I ever got as a kid. Got interviewed and got the job . However when the season ended I got a nasty manager. She judged me for not opening many Macy's credit card even though i barely worked for 2 months and every customer I came across already had said credit cards.
