Very thorough in reviewing experience, customer service and explaining expectations. Very professional. Several stages of interviewing - HR, Assistant Mgr then Store Mgr. Was offered the position via phone call follow up.
First there was a phone call, got details about job and company. Then a virtual interview with team and director. Tour of office after. Good overall experience. Not hard, felt personal

Past experience and why I think I would be a good fit.
Went through many rounds of interviews would like it if the feedback process was more succinct and was a bit more organized. Communication can be done via channels not just email. Would like to see more variety in hiring process. Poor screening process as well.
