Interview
I got an interview with Macy's through campus recruiting. I went to many of there events and I got an email requesting an interview. They have an informational session the night before the interviews, where they tell you about the process. It is two separate 30 minute interviews. One technical and one behavioral. They ask pretty typical interview questions.

Interview
It was a few calls between the interviewer and I, when it was scheduled everything went great. I did not get the job because I accepted a different offer, but the process was smooth.
Super easy and not so many requirements to getting the job. just do what you need to do and you'll be fine with management and coworkers. opportunities to grow in the company.

What will make you a good candidate for the merchandising team
One on one interviews about customer service skills, previous experience, and passion. If i remember correctly there's some STAR format questions so remember previous work related experiences. Interview isn't too bad.
