Interview
I applied for the job online and within a week I got an email asking me to schedule an interview. I went to an interview two days later and it was actually quite easy. I was interview by the previous cosmetics manager since the current one was on vacation. He was very friendly. I was told the interview would take an hour but only took about 15 minutes! The questions were usually very straight forward like what line would you work for if you could pick in our store and are you comfortable touching other peoples' faces. He seemed much more impressed by my drive to sell than my knowledge of makeup, it seems they are looking for very sales oriented people. After the interview I was told that the cosmetics manager would give me a call next week when she got back from vacation and if that didn't go well I was welcome to work in his department. One week later I got a call from the cosmetics manager telling me that she heard I had a really great interview and offered me the job without the second one.

Very unorganized interview process, by the time they got back to me I already accepted another offer. I don’t even think they knew I was suppose to have an interview that day. Confusion from start to finish
