I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Macy's (Miami, FL) in Mar 2015
Interview
There was a multi-step interview at my school. This one included a retail math/problem solving aptitude test and a more traditional 1:1 interview. Then there was a 2 day interview process at one of their corporate offices. This was a group setting with a set of talks, meetings, and another interview process.
The interview process was lengthy but very conversational. I think there were 3-5 rounds. There was also a technical interview for your specific function that you took online in a closed browser.
It was easy. Just be yourself and don’t overthink it. First was a 15 min screening call over the phone. Then a 45 min zoom call with another individual. Questions related to past experience and how you deal with certain situations.
There were 3 rounds. The first is just an hr screening. You then have to take 2 exams for the second round. After the exams there is one final round. The process was very straightforward.
