The lady who interviewed me was really nice! She read generic questions from a sheet of paper, and wrote down my answers. They're pretty standard questions, and you can find them online. Unfortunately, she told me at the end of the interview that even though I did great and I'd be a perfect fit for Macy's, the position is full. I really wish they would have told me that before I wasted my time going to an interview. I've read several times on Glassdoor about Macy's doing this to people, though, so beware! They'll tell you that they will 'bench' you, and let you know if something comes open.
