Very basic and straight fwd. Lived out of state, so had a phone interview w HR initailly then arranged to come in over a week later. Met with buyer, int. was about 45 m and she was reading questions off of a sheet. Offered me the job 1 hour later via email.

Two interviews, one with a recruiter and the second with the buyer the following week. All virtual. The recruiter seemed like they just wanted to get through it as fast as possible, and the buyer I met was nice.

Process took about a month with 2 interviews with HR and hiring manager. I had to follow up every week and was offered the job after two interviews and a assessment test

It's a 3 part interview process via multiple superior positions. It's a pretty relaxed experience and all parties try to make you feel comfortable. Due to covid, my interview process included two Team's interviews.
