Interview
I went in for an interview and the entire thing took like maybe 10 minutes at the most. They asked me some pretty basic interview questions and also had me run through scenarios for customers, like someone asking for advice for prom, what would you do if you got an upset customer, how would you present a new item for purchase that kind of thing.

Interview
Upon applying I received an email to schedule an interview for myself, considering the store is huge it took me about 5 min to find the executive offices and when I got there the receptionist said I was late and I would have to go back the next day, I wasted time and money getting there just to be sent back for being 5 min late. The next day I went and the guy interviewing me was only on his phone and took a phone call in the middle of me speaking, I really expected more professionalism from this big company.
