After a quick phone interview, I immediately received an offer, filled out an online "Pre-Employment" questionnaire and that was that.

Easy, no interview, I applied through Indeed and had the recruiter had me apply through the Macy’s page then flagged it for me which gave me the accept the job offer. Then if you begin hiring documents on your own and finish in person to begin onboarding
