I had an on phone screening first, then had an interview with the hiring manager and then the team.
Everyone asked questions and then an assessment took place. Next was showing my project portfolio.
First there was a phone call, got details about job and company. Then a virtual interview with team and director. Tour of office after. Good overall experience. Not hard, felt personal

Past experience and why I think I would be a good fit.
Went through many rounds of interviews would like it if the feedback process was more succinct and was a bit more organized. Communication can be done via channels not just email. Would like to see more variety in hiring process. Poor screening process as well.
