Interview
There are 2 interviews to this process. A standard interview and one from the manager of the department you'll work in. If you act smart and prepared you'll be hired, if you don't care you'll be hired, if you mentally challenged 75% chance you'll be hired, if you don't care and you're crazy and you smell 74% chance you'll be hired. You may not be hired if you have a schedule conflict so being flexible is a positive.

If you're busy negotiating a schedule can be tough even if your part time.
Pretty easy, nothing crazy. Basic questions. Asked if I had any experience with retail and customer service. After the background check you’re good to go. Management isn’t the best but it’s alright.

Dress professional and stay confident, they just want to get to know you. The interview was easy. It was just a conversation the human resources has with you to see if you are a fit for the position.
The interview included a typing test and basic behavioral questions. There were some scenario based questions and questions about previous work experience and education. Overall a straightforward and simple interview process
