I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Macy's
Interview
Got interview through college recruiting. Lots of info sessions and emails and networking before I even had an interview. Make sure the recruiter knows your name. My interview consisted of 2 thirty minute interviews. One with a buyer and one with an HR rep. The buyer asked basic get to know you questions and why you're interested in the job and position and macys. The HR lady was very rude and distracting (because she said mhm after every word I said) she asked questions about their MOMM strategies. Know them extremely well so it's easy to talk about.
The interview process was lengthy but very conversational. I think there were 3-5 rounds. There was also a technical interview for your specific function that you took online in a closed browser.
It was easy. Just be yourself and don’t overthink it. First was a 15 min screening call over the phone. Then a 45 min zoom call with another individual. Questions related to past experience and how you deal with certain situations.
There were 3 rounds. The first is just an hr screening. You then have to take 2 exams for the second round. After the exams there is one final round. The process was very straightforward.
