Interview
Process took less than a week. You apply online on Macy's Jobs website and if they are going to consider you they will e-mail you with a link to schedule your interview time. The entire process is done via e-mail. If you need to cancel or reschedule the interview, you must do it through e-mail. When I applied, I was immediately sent an invitation to interview and was scheduled that week. The interview was about 30 mins, filled with hypothetical work-related questions (ie: "Describe a time when you....."). You can research the typical questions and will find a lot of info.

After applying you get an email if your met questionnaire right! It’s in person in interview where they ask a lot of questions about pas experiences. I you are told at the same time if you are hired.

How do you handle manage difficult customer? Do you resolve the problem on your own or ask manager for help?
It was pretty basic and straightforward. Situational questions. Set of 5 questions and then the pretty standard question of why are you looking for a new job. It was an easy interview.

face to face, organized by the ast lead. Can vary depending on that persons style. The job requires flexibility. it really depends on the talent they already have, to determine what they need from you.
