Applied through on-campus recruiting. Was notified of a first round interview online. The first round was 2 30 minute interviews with two different people.
The second-round interview takes place at the Macy's Office in San Francisco. There is dinner and socializing the night before. Interviews start at 8am the next morning and continue through 4pm.

Interview
I was interviewed initially on my college campus and then invited to NYC for a follow up, day long interview. They paid for my transporation there and back and provided us with breakfast upon arrival.
To start of there was an information session telling us about the job. Then we were broken into three groups. The first group had 1:1 interviews first, the second had the group interviews first, the third had the presentation first and we rotated.
