Interview
I had a 10-minute interview where they asked me a variety of questions regarding my prior work experience. Then I had to style an outfit and explain my styling decisions to the head sales associate.

What is your prior sales experience? How will you enhance the shopping experience of our clients?
First part of the interview process was a phone call with a recruiter asking basic HR questions, then the next part was a video call with someone in the department like a week or two later.
