I filled out the application in store. They told me to wait and then there was an immediate interview upstairs. I don't know if this is normal because the store needed immediate help. I was also referred by a friend.
The interview process was easy and quick and I got the job the same day. It was very simple and lasted about 15 minutes. I met the store director at the store.
They just asked you to talk about yourself and more about the experience you have. They go more into detail by giving you scenarios on how you would deal with a customer.
Interview process was simple - met with the store manager in the mall and talked about why I was interested in working there and what the basic expectations were for the role.
