Madewell interview questions

They definitely needed seasonal workers so I was hired pretty quickly, as in I had a quick interview and left with the job. Just show up looking like Madewell, be polite, etc. and I think they'll hire you.

If you're in a city/town that has a J.Crew, J.Crew Factory, or perhaps even both, you want to make sure that your answers stand out because preference seems to be given to those wanting to transfer from those stores (J.Crew is Madewell's parent company). Two days after interviewing with the store director, I was offered the position. The entire process took about 4 weeks.
