I had to go through 5 rounds of Interview.
The interview was quite subjective.
I was interviewed by people on CST time zone as the interviewers were calling from California.
Initial rounds were taken by a representative, then the Program Manager, Global Program Manger and then a face to face with a CSC
Very easy - total of 3 interviews
First with recruiter of Magnit then manager and then senior management
Turnaround time was quick too . Each interview within a few days

Had initial phone interview with client account manager and then a back to back interview interview onsite with two of the client service consultants.
