The in-person interview focused on whether I would be doing data entry for the next few months. Only after that time would I be provided with the training for the actual position. I repeated that not only was I comfortable with knowing I would doing copious data entry but I would be available to work over time and work on the weekends since, as the interviewer complained, they were working 12-hour days for the past month and needed someone to start immediately to help take the load off. Otherwise, they wanted to know if I was familiar with MS Project and MS Visio. Also, they do not like when an applicant mentions that they need to work in addition to stressing the parts about learning about the company, the industry, etc.
