Interviewed first with nursing recruitment. Waited for 2 weeks and then heard the call back to schedule an interview with the nurse manager. The interview with manager was smooth. Received an offer on the day of interview.

Easy and simple- they asked generic questions, spoke with HR on the phone then did a in person interview. Was hired on the spot. Started my on-boarding process a week later.

Screened by recruitment, followed by an interview with unit manager. Discussed the institution, her background; and my experience first. Very direct interview questions such as “tell me about yourself,” followed by nursing theory questions.

The interviewer was very friendly. It was not an intimidating experience for a new graduate nurse and it felt more like a relaxed conversation. I was able to answer her questions without fear and with confidence.
