Interview
It was a 3 step interview process, a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview and then a short working interview "Day in the Life". This 3 step process was a great way to learn more about the company and the position and really gave you the opportunity to make sure that this position and company was right for you. I really enjoyed this process and going through all the stages, because of the interview process I am very confident and excited to be joining the Main Event team in my new position.

Great team contribution to the process and level of involvement. The time with the managers was an impactful way to get a snapshot of operations. Happened at a time of good volume, so I had a Birdseye view of what a typical evening looked like.
