I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Major League Baseball (MLB) (New York, NY) in Feb 2017
Interview
Quick phone interview. No longer than 10 minutes. Interview mainly asks about work experience, what you think you could learn, and why you would like this internship. In my case, they did ask what department I preferred.

Interview
Very simple, only had one interview - asked the typical questions like tell me about yourself, your educational background and asked questions of certain skill sets that would make you the right candidate. Also asked questions about moving to New York for the summer and the salary range.

Interview
Very positive interview experience. Interviewers were kind and listened tentatively to my answers. They were also able to answer my questions for them and not beat around the bush. Also asked about my future goals and what I hope to learn.
