Difficult interview
Application
I interviewed at Major League Baseball (MLB)
Interview
Contacted by the recruiter for role in El Segundo office. The call was under 20 minutes, but they led by telling me everything they could about the org and the role and answered my questions. Though brief, I appreciated that it was informative, the questions they asked were relevant, and they asked things I'd never had answered before.

Question 1
They asked for difficult feedback or challenges in my most recent roll, and how did I rectify this.
HireVue self-recorded interview with 13 behavioral type questions, Recruiter phone screen, two 30 minute second round interviews with team members.
Process took about a month and went smoothy. However, notified I was turned down via automated email reply. I believe after you complete 4 rounds of interviews you should hear back from a recruiter directly.
