Talked about my background, my skills and experience and took an MLB knowledge test. Recent award winners, basic knowledge of MLB history. After scoring highly I was told to expect a phone call with a job offer, which I did and accepted

30 minute editing test. Staff was great. Small quiz to make sure you know about baseball. Small discussion afterwards. Mainly an editing test to make sure you can utilize their programs.

Interview
The interview was very laid back and comfortable. I was able to get a good idea of the job I would potentially be being offered. In addition, I was assured that even though there were no positions opened at the current time, I would be called if something opened up. (A few weeks later I received a phone call asking if I was still interested in the job)
