Did some online tests before the interview. Interview was easy with about 4 questions where an example is asked for. Generally easy to prepare for it if you have already done a customer service role before. Staff welcoming and friendly.

Telephone interview - Not bad questions, some competency based questions relating to customer service and previous experience. Gentleman was very professional and kind to speak with as this was an unprepared interview .
