Phone interview and in person with manager. Standard questions asked. Phone interview lasted approximately 20 minutes. In person was set up by recruiting with local manager. Interview with local manager lasted approximately one and a half hours.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Manpower (Vancouver, BC) in Aug 2013
Interview
Received an initial phone call from HR and had a brief phone interview, had another phone interview 2 days later with the Lead Recruiter in HR. The phone interviews went well so they set up an interview for me with the Branch Manager.
During the interview we talked about my background and he told me more about their business. Received call a couple days later for a final interview with the Regional Director. It was very casual and relaxing, as we were talking more about what Manpower wants to do in the future and how I can fit in the plan.
Got a call from HR with their job offer and accepted.
Came in to interview and then sent to drug test and background check. 1 on 1 interview with manager. Simple questions about work ethic and about how I work on a team. It was great!
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Manpower (Martinsburg, WV) in May 2017
Interview
Most unprofessional experience ever in my life. Phone call to schedule face to face. Arrived for face to face advised Recruiter was not there. Thank you for taking the time to come. Water of time and I honestly feel as if recruiter was there and I was discriminated upon due to being African American. Martinsburg location.
