There were two major interviews; the first was to go over a previous driving history and general questions about my interest in the position. The second interview was an in-person interview, which included a driving and writing test. Leading up to this interview, there was a coaching session on the client, the specifics of the job requirements, and what kind of behaviors and attitudes the interviewers are looking for. Everyone along the way was very accommodating and felt like they genuinely wanted the hiring process to be comfortable and go smoothly. I sadly had to decline a job offer, but this seemed like a wonderful job opportunity.
