First round was gd and then they told they are hiring for Syntel and we will have to pay rs 60000 for training and then after training Syntel would take another interview for final selection. all most every one there left when asked for money including me

1st apti 2nd tr 3rd hr very easy 1st is on genral apti then on java then communication it is all one day process it is very easy u can crack easily u will enjoy like anything.
