Interview
Technically never had an interview. The recruiter that I initially spoke with seemed very enthusiastic to get me in touch with their hiring manager, but after the initial call I did not hear back for two weeks. An interview was then scheduled, but no one actually joined the call. I emailed the person that scheduled the interview (someone different than who I initially spoke with) but they never responded.
Two more weeks later I'm contacted by yet ANOTHER recruiter explaining that the original person had since left the company. This second recruiter took it upon themselves to facilitate another interview, scheduled, and provided details. Should also be mentioned that they scheduled the call based on a timezone from another country entirely. Really? This was corrected after I pointed it out, but I was baffled at how disorganized the process had been up to this point.
When it came time for the interview, once again no one had joined the call. I emailed with my concerns, was then texted directly by the recruiter stating that the HM was present (they were not) and and if I wanted to reschedule (I did not). Horrible and unprofessional experience overall from what's supposed to be one of the largest professional staffing companies known.
