I already worked for Manulife in another department. Applied through HR and was contacted for a preliminary interview. Phone interview with HR led to an in-person interview with my now supervisor. This consisted of about 30 open ended questions on a wide variety of issues. After that interview I met with 2 team members for a less formal interview to talk about culture and personality topics. A job offer followed shortly.

Have total of two round interview, but i didn't have second interview, on the first interview need to introduce yourself, your background, strength and weakness, then have a test, which have 12 card represent different aspect like family, fortune etc, you need to rank all of them in priority, then need to explain the first 6 why you choose it. just need cantonese on this round.
