I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Manulife (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2018
Interview
It was not too formal. Important questions were asked related to the job opportunity. There were multiple interviews and some of it could have been eliminated. More focused interview would have been a better experience.
Couple 2 rounds or so and final with department head. Was alright but the review process was very slow. Might be due to the period. But ultimately still was not offered.
3 interviews, engaging conversations with transparent answers. I felt that the people were authentic and genuine in sharing their experiences with the organization. And I was grateful to have met a wide variety of people to help me make a better educated decision.

Interview
I really looked up to this brand for it's global culture. After 6 rounds of interviews and calls for a Director-level position they rejected my candidature (which is completely ok). When asked for a call/feedback as to why the rejection, I received no response from the HR personnel, nor the hiring manager.
