Interview
Total processing from my application to offer took 3 weeks. Interviewed by HR and afterwards was interviewed by a hiring manager. I haven’t received feedback so I applied to other open positions in Workday. I was called to interview again with another set of hiring managers (there were 2 of them from different teams) along with the member I am replacing (she was promoted). It was really pleasant and the panel explained thoroughly the role. They are friendly and professional at the same time which gave me the vibe that I want to work with them.

Question 1
How do you handle a difficult colleague? Give an instance.
The interview process is with a direct manager, and director in the team and another direct in another team. The process is very smooth, and the teams are very nice. No hard technical questions, and most of the questions are behavior questions. Overall, a good interview experience.

Interview
Had one interview with HR via phone and another with the hiring manager via teams. All done within a week. Very standard and transparent process. Both of them are very nice and friendly. HR told me at the end of interview that she would recommend me as high.
