one-to-one interview. Need to bring a physical copy of resume. A few questions about your experience and motivation were asked. No specific technical questions. Then I was asked to play a game, which required me to arrange 12 cards including family, achievement, leadership, based on how you prioritize each of them in your life.

Tell me about your self and why you want to work in the insurance industry
Although it was advertised as a management trainee role, during the interview it became clear from the interviewer’s comments that it was actually a job selling insurance. The interviewer was very arrogant and seemed to look down on students without a business background.

Interview
You need to pass the CV round, then in round 2 you will be tested on your ability including IQ, T/F/NG, reading. Round 3 will be a direct interview with HR, director, 1 person from last year's program. Everyone is very comfortable and friendly. Wish you a successful interview
