From the recruiter, to the manager and 2 more managers in the third interview, all were of Indian origin (not a pro diversity company for sure). I knew I had no chances, they wanted a new Indian for their staff. In the third interview, they made questions regarding IRR and the analysis of projects. Of course for someone without experience in investments, it is difficult to get this right (this was clearly the filter to not hiring non-Indians). From the first interview I clarified I had no experience in investments. The managers feedback were negative cause I lacked experience in the investment industry (and was not Indian). This was really a completely waste of my time, and this is completely unprofessional from the company.
