I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Marathon Asset Management (London, England) in Oct 2012
Interview
The first round was just a get to know you session with the head of HR. After that came a three stage second round interview, beginning with a test, then an interview with the full team, and finally an interview with the head of the team.

Interview
Unprofessional. I interviewed with two senior people. one was unprepared. Appeared there was communication issues between them. Seemed unsure of what they were evening looking for. Received positive feedback and then got ghosted.
I applied online. I interviewed at Marathon Asset Management
Interview
Virtual phone call and zoom. Spoke with 5 different people. They were looking for someone with more experience than myself. Nice group of people, asked me questions about prior work experience, my background and attitude questions.

Interview
For my final round they asked me to come in at 8am and had me wait in a conference room until 9.15 because the first person to interview me wasn't there. Then an assistant came in and tried to dial me into a conference call with the second interviewer who was still on his commute. The interviewer was on his cell phone and the call dropped several times. At 10.30, at which time the interview was supposed to be wrapped up I finally got an in-person meeting and had to pretend not to be annoyed by their unprofessional conduct.
