Interview
I met with the Marathon booth at my career fair and expressed my interest in a Co-Op with them. I them received a call the next day to schedule an on campus interview. The interview was very laid back with one recruited from the HR department and one engineer from the plant that I was interviewing for. The interview was 30 minutes. After a few follow up emails to stay connected, I received the offer roughly 2 weeks after interviewing.
