Talked with the company at a career fair at my school. They then set me up for an interview the next day. Standard interview questions of "tell me time when...". Heard back within two weeks that I did not get the job.

The interview process was very smooth. The interviewer was very nice and seemed to care. The questions were also pretty standard. Nothing was out of place. Still waiting to hear back from them.
Recruiters visited campus, I applied and was interviewed, got an offer 2 days later. Behavioral questions. Make sure to practice STAR answering method. Interview wasnt too scary; was interviewed by the same recruiters I previously spoke to so it felt more comfortable.
