This was interview was about 20-30 minutes. They asked why I was interested in the company and a few behavioral questions. After, they asked if I had any questions for them.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Marathon Petroleum in Feb 2016

I met the recruiter at a job fair and was offered an interview the following day. It was a 30 minute interview with two recruiters. They asked questions backed and forth and I was given time towards the end to ask questions. It was very conversational. I really enjoyed interviewing with them.

Spoke to them at the career fair and got an interview couple days later. Asked behavioral type questions and also one technical question. Pretty easy interview, just be yourself. I got an offer but I have to skip a semester of school. My friend did this Co-Op before me and he has gotten interviews with HUGE companies after Marathon was on his resume.
