I had an interview with Banqueting Assistant Manager, then with Banqueting Manager and after that with HR coordinator. Was invited multiple time to the property. There was a time gap between the 1st and 2nd interviews for around 3 weeks. Later they apologized and invited for the 2nd one. Positive experience in general, good people, great HR team, excellent support!
Easy and straightforward questions about availability, experience in customer service, and dealing with stressful situations. How well you work independently and in a team. As well as your ability to lift at least 25 to 50 pounds

Phone call to go over the role and not many questions asked. They asked if I worked a hotel before and if I visited their specific hotel before. It was very brief and then I setup a time to meet them in person to get a tour of the banquet facility
