i met with the assistant general manager and we went into the board room. She started with my work history, the position i was applying for, cross training in other positions available because then she liked me so much, i met with general manager. and was given a tour of the hotel. I was told that i wouldnt even meet the general manager unless the first supervisor liked me first.
