I had three times interview
1 - Direct User / Direct Manager: Too long, more into preach rather than interview. I know from the first time she did not like me. Gave so many unrelated advice about career and my CV. I mean, I'm here for interview, not CV screening
2 - Head of Department: Very straight to the point. Template questions from Marriott (e.g how to deal with high-demanding guest)
3 - HR: More into personalities, past experiences

Very professional. Took plenty of time to explain the job, day-to-day life, what would be the expectations, schedule and reason for hiring. Felt that the interviewer represented the brand well and treated me with respect- and treated the interview seriously and extremely professionally. Gave me her information if I ever had additional questions. Would recommend to anybody- good experience whether I accepted a position or not
