Interviewed then hired, very easy. Interviewed on the spot and received the position. Started days later. Interview was very laid back and informal. After hired was welcomed with open arms and given a lot of training opportunities.

However, it is an incredibly unprofessional and disorganized set up. Interviews typically happen after the scheduled time or are cancelled last minute. Very little appropriate introduction to the company's expectations for the role.

Very smooth and easy process from start to finish. They asked basic interview questions then situational questions. My first interview was with HR then the Front Office Team, then the General Manager.
