There are 3 managers you have to interview with in the interview process. It is usually 2 managers and then the department director. They format the question a certain way that is called STAR.

A simple sit down in the lobby area with some generic interview questions, relatively casual. Paperwork was given to me at the end of the interview to sign for the job.

Easy and straightforward with availability questions and anything else effecting availability. You talk with a manager and they ask you about yourself and what you like and your hobbies. It is not difficult.
