Online Application with preference areas. Video Interview with a leader of the program area, follow up interview with recordings, final offer from recruiter and preferential area to work at. Salary is set an non-negotiable for selected property.

Interview
Had a on campus interview with a campus recruiter and had to do an additional online assessment a couple days later. Was told via email that I had made it to the second interview and was flown out to Texas.
For the second interview, I had a Culinary practical, consisted of a mystery basket of ingredients and 90 mins to make an appetizer and entree using said mystery ingredients. Had a normal sit down style interview with a couple executive chefs a couple hours later.
