I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Marriott International (Charlottesville, VA) in Mar 2014
Interview
It was pretty relaxed. I was encouraged to wear a suit and tie which was expected work uniform for the front desk. I was only interviewed by the assistant manager twice and she wasn't too serious she was pretty laid back. I was expecting to be interviewed in an office setting but we were just in the lobby of the hotel just after breakfast so it was a little weird with the guest walking around and eating.
