It was a long process. You really have to know about marriott int. HR is very friendly, they actually are interested in what you have to say. They are opened to many questions.

Interview
The interview was done online through HireVue. It was all basic questions. They gave time in between questions to prepare what you want to answer, but just 30 seconds. No reattempts are allowed for the questions.
Applied online, completed recorded video questions, then recruiter screen. Manager interview on sales, service scenarios, basics (ADR/RevPAR). Short written rate-quote task, final panel discussion. Clear communication; process took four weeks.
