Unprofessional Interview Experience
Review:
I recently interviewed for a bartending position at AC Marriott and was excited about the opportunity. However, the interview experience left me feeling disappointed and disrespected. There were three people conducting the interview, but two of them left the room for more than half of the interview. This made me feel like I wasn’t being taken seriously, and it disrupted the flow of the interview.
I was looking forward to showcasing my skills and experience, but I felt I wasn’t given a fair chance due to their absence. It left me questioning whether this company values its candidates’ time and effort.
While I understand that things can come up, I believe it would have been more professional for the interviewers to communicate with me or reschedule if needed. This experience has made me reconsider my interest in working with AC Marriott. I hope this feedback helps improve their interview process for future candidates.

One interview, but took 3 weeks to hear back then another month until my training class which was basically just the heads of a few departments flexing on themselves for 2 days
It was a great interview. Straight to the point but at the same time comfortable. Unfortunately, I did not get the position but I made it to the final round.

I was interviewed by Human Resources by phone. We had a great connection, and she was very professional, courteous, and followed up like she said she would. I was impressed.
