I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Marriott International
Interview
In my Marriott interview process, I experienced some positive elements, but ultimately, I had a negative experience due to confusion in communication. After completing initial steps, I was informed that I was progressing to the next round, which left me feeling optimistic. However, I later received contradictory information, including a rejection, which created confusion since I was under the impression that I was still in the process.
The lack of clear communication and the conflicting messages I received led to a frustrating experience, and I was left without clarity on my status. This inconsistency affected my overall perception of the process, which is why I would describe the experience as negative.
Applied via Marriott International Website and received the on-demand video interview invitation after submitting the application. There is no deadline for the on-demand video interview. There are 3 questions that required you to record yourself. There is only one attempt fir each question.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Marriott International (Calgary, AB)
Interview
I participated in an online interview, a skills assessment test, a location preferences questionnaire, and another interview with the Director of HR and the HR Manager of the potential hotel where I might be assigned. The entire process took about a month, primarily because some of their emails ended up in my junk folder, causing delays in my responses. The recruitment team are very responsive and supportive of the entire process.
