Marriott International Manager interview questions

Had a great phone screening with a recruiter and was told I would be moved on to the next interview with a manager at the hotel. 2 weeks later I received an auto response email I was no longer being considered. The lack of follow up was frustrating.

It was a video call with two people, one was a head of department and second was her colleague from different department. First they asked me to come in person to their office in Hamburg, but then switched to the video call.
